SET UP and LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION

Day 1 - 10/06 & 10/07 

Set up begins at 1 pm 5 pm on October 6 and October 7 at 7:00 am. The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 2:00 pm. 

Load-In and Load-Out - More Information to come.

Day 2 - 10/08

Set up begins at 6:30 am Wednesday Oct. 8.  The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 2:00 pm.  MUST BE OUT BY 3PM - Please let Eliana know if you will need help Setting up and/or breaking down. Unfortunately we will not be able to set-up the night before.  

Load-In and Load-Out - 

Vendors will enter the Stadium West Parking Lot via Gate C.  Once inside of Gate C they can park anywhere they like.  They will enter the Stadium through Gate 4.  

QR code - Stadium West Parking lot off of Trinity Road (also known as Parking Gate C).  Once you arrive you may park anywhere.  We will be entering through Gate 4 of the stadium.
