SET UP and LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION

Set up begins at 2 pm 7 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 12th and Wednesday, Sept. 13th at 7:30 am. The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 2:00 pm. 

Load-In and Load-Out - Exhibitors can enter the arena through the garage door near the loading dock – this will put you directly onto the arena floor so that no steps will be required. Best parking for you will be in Parking Deck A – you will have a direct shot from the deck into the arena. 

Note - Parking on day of the show - See instructions Here - Parking Deck B - Remember your Plate Number as you will need to enter it at the kiosks near our registration table to avoid a ticket.

Set up begins at 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 13th and Thursday Sept. 14th at 7:00 am.  The show floor opens to distributors and end-users at 10:00 am and closes at 2:00 pm. Must be done with break down by 3:00 pm. Please let Eliana know if you will need help breaking down. 

Load-In and Load-Out - Use 2nd floor entrance from the parking garage. Exhibitors can park anywhere in the garage and take the garage elevators to the 2nd floor to enter the hotel 2nd floor. The Southern Crescent Ballroom located on the second floor will be on the left. **See Load-in floor plan here **.
