SET UP and LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION

*Venues do not have any DOLLIES - We will have two small dollies to share.*

Day 1 – October 5 & 6

Exhibitor set-up is scheduled for:

  • October 7: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

  • October 8: Begins at 7:00 AM

The show floor opens to distributors and end-users on October 7 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.


Load-In and Load-Out Instructions - 

The venue offers a large, covered circle drive at the front entrance, allowing vendors to easily pull through for loading and unloading. A secondary entrance is also available and can be used if it’s closer to a vendor’s assigned space.

There are no elevators or complicated access points, making the load-in process smooth and efficient.

Day 2 - October 7

  • Set-up begins at 7:00 AM.
  • The show floor is open to distributors and end-users from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
  • All exhibitors must be packed and out by 3:00 PM.*
  • Day-Before Drop-Off

    Limited drop-off may be available the day before the event. Details are still being finalized and may be adjusted based on venue scheduling.

    Exhibitors planning to drop off materials should contact CAAMP in advance with the number of items being delivered. Additional instructions will be provided closer to the event date.

  • Note: Set-up the night before is not available. 

  • If you need help with set-up or breakdown, please contact Eliana in advance.

Load-In and Load-Out Instructions- 

  • For setup, exhibitors should park along Jackie Robinson Drive, where designated unloading spaces will be reserved.

    Materials should be brought into the venue through the loading dock located at the top of the street. After unloading, vehicles should be moved to the exhibitor parking area.

    At the conclusion of the event, exhibitors may return to Jackie Robinson Drive to load materials through the same loading dock.

Parking Information
  • Complimentary parking is available in the gravel lot located directly across from the stadium.

    Look for the CAAMP event sign at the entrance to the parking lot for easy directions.

    Exhibitors and attendees will enter the venue through the main stadium gates.


SHIPPING TO THE HOTEL/VENUE & HOTEL BLOCK

Day 1 – October 6 

The venue does not accept deliveries without advance coordination. Please do not ship items directly to the venue unless you have already arranged it with them.

Shipping Information - Shipping to the venue requires advance coordination. There is no staff available on-site Monday through Friday to accept deliveries, so timing and item size are important considerations.

  • Smaller items such as marketing materials and display handouts may be delivered shortly before the event and stored temporarily.

  • Larger items like shelving, racks, or bulky displays may be more difficult to accommodate due to limited storage space before the show.

Please reach out to confirm delivery timing, type of items being shipped, and to make necessary arrangements in advance or ship to your hotel.
