CLINET ZONE TABLE
Reserve a semi-private meeting small table in our upstairs lounge—perfect for meeting with clients, storing materials, or getting work done during the show. Located just outside the elevator, this space offers quiet and convenience. Please note: no outside food or beverages (including water) are allowed. Catering must be arranged through the venue—contact eliana@caampers.org for details. Table registration is separate from show registration. Set-up begins at 7:00 AM and all items must be removed by 3:00 PM.

Parking: FREE Parking onsite .
QR code - Stadium West Parking lot off of Trinity Road (also known as Parking Gate C). Once you arrive you may park anywhere. We will be entering through Gate 4 of the stadium.
Food: Snacks will be provided.

HOW TO INVITE CLIENTS / END-BUYERS FOR FREE

You may register your guests On-Site.

Email a list of your clients to Eliana@caampers.org by no later than Sept. 30 and we will get them registered for you. An invoice will be email to you.
1. Download the template to gather your client names as they RSVP.
2. Keep your list of RSVP's
3. Email your list to Eliana@caampers.org by Sept. 30. (Please NO PDFs). Onsite Registration also available.
NOTE: You will receive a confirmation from Eliana. If you do not receive a confirmation email please assume your list was not received.
