You spoke, and we listened!
At last year’s show, many of you asked for a more private, convenient space to meet with your clients. We’re excited to offer a brand-new option for 2025: a private meeting lounge located just upstairs from the show floor, right outside the elevator for easy access.
This comfortable space features small cocktail-style tables (as shown in the image) and can be used to:
Meet privately with your clients (end-users)
Store materials or samples
Get work done during the show in a quieter setting
If you’ve found it challenging to find private areas at this venue, this is a great solution to secure your own table for the day.

No outside food or beverages are permitted in the lounge — including water. All food and drink must be purchased directly from the venue.

Set-up begins at 7:00 AM. All materials must be removed by 3:00 PM on show day.
